For daily care, the Yoni needs gentle, external cleansing, with mild natural soap & water + moisturizing with gentle oils (if desired for moisturizing the skin), a healthy diet and good hygiene practices such as wiping front to back, urinating after sex, wearing and sleeping in cotton panties or none at all, eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, drinking plenty of fresh water and engaging in safe sexual practices with partners that honor her glory.
