💗 Yoni is the Sanskrit word for the female reproductive system including the womb, vulva and vagina. It is most commonly used in reference to the female sexual organs ( vagina & vulva). It is our sacred space, source, the origin of life, the source of the Universe, Holy of Holies. She is to be revered, nourished, honored, LOVED.

💗On a practical level, the Yoni does not need harsh cleansing, douching, chemical detergents, harsh chemical fragrances or essential oils & unnatural products to maintain her health.

We don’t believe in using harsh products/ingredients for daily maintenance of the Yoni (including essential oils) We believe those should be reserved for actively treating an infection or other issue under the direction of a qualified holistic health practitioner, as many of these products exacerbate the issue and destroy the natural flora (microbiome) of the Yoni continuing a cycle of infection by not only destroying the bad bacteria but the delicate balance of good bacteria as well.

For daily care, the Yoni needs gentle, external cleansing, with mild natural soap & water + moisturizing with gentle natural oils (if desired for moisturizing the skin), a healthy diet and good hygiene practices such as wiping front to back, urinating after sex, wearing and sleeping in cotton panties or none at all, eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, drinking plenty of fresh water and engaging in safe sexual practices with partners that honor her glory. If you are experiencing foul odor, itching or discharge that is not normal, consult your physician, naturopath or clinician for clear diagnostic purposes before embarking upon a plan of treatment, holistic or otherwise.
